Hello,

I'm a UX researcher based in Seattle, WA.

I collaborate with designers and program managers throughout the design process, providing them with insights and recommendations for creating six-star customer experiences.

Before I joined Microsoft Office Media Group and the Human-Centered Intelligent Systems team, I was a social scientist at the University of Washington.

 

I got my Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction at the University of Maryland where I used both qualitative and quantitative methods to study social media behaviors.
